With $400….

We can buy around….5 to 7 figures.. We have enough of money to last us 2 months of food. We can take the money and donate half of it to Cyclone Nargis victims and the other half to the China Earthquake victims. But Nooo… The organisers of this year PC Show do not want us to do these things. Instead, they want us to invest our $400 to them, so that they can have even better PC Shows in the future and suck more money out of us in the future. Nice plan ^_^

Well, like any other Singaporeans, the PC Show is an event we IT savvy otakus or normal human, aliens, vocaloids or humanoids must attend. It’s like a pilgrimage to get new and hot items.

Well, I fell into the organisers trap and bought a HP 1907 Monitor (Yes, monitor only) for a fapping SG$400!!

As compared to many other widescreen monitors out there, I chose this monitor because of 1 simple fact: Glossy Screen. Most screen available out in the market are mostly matte, which I do not like it due to the fact that most movie, shows, or animes will look bad on them.

However, due to the glossy surface on my new monitor, everything looks perfect.

Generally, most Macs’ monitors are with glossy surface, and is widescreen. Buying this monitor surely increases the Mac feel of my overall system, except that I have to remove alway the HP logo at the bottom and glue an “Apple” logo in it soon. >_<

My wife VS Haruhi-sama. Who should I support?

I’m taking this chance to post a little bit about my messy desktop:

Firstly, we have white bikini Shana pencil board stack onto my CPU… The Wacom pen is at the extreme left.

Then, we have a yellow Moe-tan folder that was bought almost 1 year ago, stacked onto my yellow wall, blending nicely. But because of the blend, it’s a little hard to notice Pastel Ink. U_U

Then we have goth Haruhi folder, still kept in plastic to prevent dust. Mikuru is on the other side, but chose Haruhi cos she’s 9000% better than Mikuru. (TRM has never being a fan of Mikuru. Just on average terms with her.)

And here, we have 2 photos of me, receiving a blank folder that’s supposedly holding my diploma.

I’m the guy on the left >_<

   Damn! S$400 for a monitor?! I’ve either slipped into the past era or the price of monitors had really skyrocketed… Now that I think about it, I really need a new monitor and probably change the entire CPU too, but then, there’s NS, hehehe…

   And I can’t believe u never told me about the Moetan poster u got… Rawr!

   1. SGD$400 does not get you 5-7 figures but around 4-5. That at least is how I spend cash on figures…yes, sized ones.

   2. SGD$400 is not considered able to “fap” (referring to “fapping”) in your post.
