Neo Angelique: Abyss

Most of you might know, some might not, but Arts Central will be broadcasting Neo Angelique: Abyss on this coming Wednesday, 9 April 2008, at 11.30pm.
Yes, it’s their second attempt to bring in the latest animes from Japan. And they try to broadcast it within a week upon it broadcast in Japan. (For NA:A, it’s within 3 days, same as D.Gray Man).
Well, so far, I have no complaints about that. And they are doing a good job. D.Gray Man is doing a good job as they are faster than other fansubs. And as for the translation wise, I really have no idea. I hope they are accurate. And oh, we can’t accuse them of copying from fansubs. Cos they are faster than them.
And I have not a single idea why AC chose this anime as compared to other spring animes. Well, if they want, they could possibly bring in the just finished Gundam 00. Or Macross Frontier would be a better choice. But then again, license fee and etc. Maybe, this was the best and cheapest choice. Other animes were kicked out mainly because of censorship I guess.
And regarding Neo Angelique: Abyss itself, I’m not too sure. I have a feeling it was made for female audiences. The character designs are definitely bishounen as you can see from above. Seiyuus wise, should be fine. A quick skim through the casts shows that the cast for Sheryl from Macross F (Aya Endo) will be voicing the main heroine. So, it’s normal to think of Sheryl while watching NA:A. (Episode 2 of Macross F….. >_< Sheryl was absolutely >_< PRETTY!!)

So, who’s watching it? No need for torrents or web streaming for this.
